PC keeps hanging at POST boot screen

Hi Guys,

Just installed a new PCChips motherboard (M909G) in conjunction with a celeron 1.7 CPU but the motherboard will mostly just hang at the POST screen. I have upgraded the BIOS to the latest version on PCChips web-site but the problems continue. I have only been able to boot into windows a couple of times, after a minute or so the machine would hang. Does anyone know of a more frequent BIOS version than 1.0 or has any ideas on how to solve this problem
