I have a friend and when he starts his computer it comes on (screen is black) for about 5 seconds and then shuts off. (the caps lock light blinks) I finally got it to turn on and then ran a Pre-boot System Analysis and it sat at the memory for about 15 minutes. But, I was then told by an error message to restart the system, I did. It didn’t come back up.
