PC not booting – No POST Errors too

8VM533M-RZ – Gigabyte Motherboard

When I boot my computer, Power light comes on but no beeps the system is just nopt starting with the POST Check screen. If i pull out the Power connector from the motherboard and replug it in, the system starts with the POST Check Beep and boots normally. Could someone let me know why this happens.
