PC not booting, only get POST beep.

On powering up my newly built machine, it runs through until a beep sounds at which point it flashes up with the options to run in Safe Mode, Safe Mode with command prompt, Safe mode with Networking, Last Known Good configuration or Start Windows Normally.
The machine has never booted past this screen and cannot get it to go any further
Anyone know what may sort this?
