We have a LAN with Windows systems. We find that a couple of systems are NOT VISIBLE in Network neighborhood from other stations. But, from these systems, we can see all other systems. I am unable to understand this behaviour.
Can anybody advise why it is happening and how I can make them visible from other systems in Network Neighborhood?

Without knowing the OSs involved, there are two general answers to your problem.
1. The two systems aren't running all the reqired protocols. You need a netbios transport to make them seen in the network neighbourhood.
2. There is a router or some other network component between those PCs and the rest of the LAN that doesn't allow the required protocol through.
If you're a bit more specific about what OSs are involved and give us some idea of that networking components might be involved, we'll be able to give you a more specific answer...
As Tim answered - depends on your Operating System, Windows 98 will not display objects with names over eight characters long, where as Windows NT / 2000 will display it.
If you're asking for technical help, please be sure to include all your system info, including operating system, model number, and any other specifics related to the problem. Also please exercise your best judgment when posting in the forums--revealing personal information such as your e-mail address, telephone number, and address is not recommended.
