Hi..evry1..I recently bought a PC , assembled..bt havin sme problems .. need help PLEAZZE
Config is:
Motherboard : INTEL BOX DG-31-PR
Processor: INTEL CORE 2 DUO E7300
RAM: 2 GB 667Mhz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8600gt ddr2 512MB
CABINET + PSU:FRONTECH ATX wid 450 Watt PSU
MONITOR: DELL 19″Widescreen
HDD : SAMSUNG 320 GB
The Problem is dat ,
Wen D graphics card is plugged in…wen i start mah monitor , it automatically wnt to some Power Save mode..Switched it off frm mains nd again on…den it booted..Also dere r sme red spots flicering in d screen in black areas..nd sme dark canopies in the Far Cry game..
I took it for d cable 2 b bad…so ordered a DVI cable…
Plugged in the DVI cable..nd switched on the comp. bt the damn monitor stays in power save mode…also showing dat no signal is coming from computer..
Suspection on graphics card, so send it fr testing..
Wen got it back nd plugged it into d mobo…it is nt detected…d monitor works if connected wid onboard graphics bt stays in Power save mode wen connected wid graphics card..graphics card works wid other comp..
SO GUYZ, can u identify wer d problem is…Is it d mobo. or Power Supply or any other component..I bought dis comp. only a week ago nd am distressed coz of its problems in 1st wek…PLEAZZEE HELP
