My friend asked for help, but I cant find an answer to this prob.
He says his comp is resetting each and every time windows are booting, and they never boot completely. He just recently installed new fortron blue storm PS unit (400W). I asked him if he installed any program (maybe virus or other malicious code) but he says he didn’t.
He checked BIOS info for possible overheating, but CPU temp is 38 and MBO 44 ?C.
Anyone that knows what could be the problem?
