PC running Windows 7 won't open certain internet pages plus

By ShaggysMine ·
I have had this PC for quite awhild and have never been able to open certain webpages. If I am on Facebook and have a link on my page, I cannot click the link and have it open in that or any other window. Any suggestions? Also, I have tried to share files between this computer running Windows 7 and my other computer running Vista. Is there a trick to doing that. I use to be able to share between XP and Vista just fine. Thanks for any help.

Sorry, I know I put this in the wrong place. I have added it to Questions.
