Hi!Here’s my problem: I was happily watching a film when the PC suddenly switches off as when there is a power cut. I checked the cables and press on the power button but it does not work. power is supplied to the monitor and mouse and to the CPU as well.But one thing is that there’s a slight sizzling sound just where the power cable fits at the back of the CPU.
Got this new PC one year back:
motherboard ASUS P5VDC-X
Pentium IV Intel processor 3.2 GHz
Memory 512 DDR
ASUS AGP card 256 MB
Is it a power supply problem? What can I do? Pl help me!
