Hi
I have a PC with Video card connected to the hotels TV board RCA connection. The boss is complaing about the quality I understand that converting from VGA to PAL the quality drops. What can I do other than replacing the computer to improve the quality. I replaced the video card with a brand new HD video card still no change.
