I cannot get my pc to recognize an external device….I am trying to hook up the pc to the tv….have a VGA to HDMI cable hooked up but no pic or sound….when I try to get the pc to recognize the tv I have no luck….what am I doing wrong… PC is Compaq presario C571NR notebook
