My PC will not boot. I have a Dell 2400 Celeron. When I power on, the Windows XP loading screen appears and then goes blank. The monitor then goes to power saving mode as if the PC was hibernating or turned off. Any suggestions on what might be the cause and where to start troubleshooting? Could it be the video card?
