PC WILL NOT POWER OFF – pc locks up and freezes screen goes blank then comes up with self test stating check cable or computer error – and will freeze the pc – try powering off will not even after holding button down for a full minute. have to unplug to power down – after plugging back in pc is off but power light is still on then i can turn it on and works great but after a few days will happen again – Hewitt Rand system Intel celeron 300 64mb ram 10 gig HDD Windows 98 SE S3 Trio video card Realtek NIC card – cables to monitor have been replaced still hapening. Need help ASAP.
