PC will not reboot

When pc starts up the following error appears –

ISASS.exe system error an invalid paramater was passed to a service or function.

How can I remove this or reboot system then remove it?

  this process is a virus please see this site: http://www.liutilities.com/products/wintaskspro/processlibrary/isass . log into your computer and disable system restore and run your virus scanner. there is a tool to remove it available from http://www.symantec.com just go there and enter the proccess there.

  Also, boot into safe mode to make sure that the file is removed. With deleting the file and turning off system restore in safe mode, the file will go away.
