I have changed just about everything in this pc and it still doesn’t work! I replaced the motherboard, the case, and the memory. It has intermittent problems. Sometimes I unplug the cdrom and the floppy drive and it boots up. Then I try just one of the two and then it will not come up again. NOt only that but after I power it off, the power supply fan keeps going! and there is a cracking noise in the motherboard. Sometimes, I unplug the cpu fan and it stops and sometimes the cdrom. It just is not consistent. I can’t find a pattern. Has anyone ever had a problem like this?
