As title says..i know this question have been asked many times but i have diffrent scenario.
I have vista basic on hp compaq…I press shutdown but nothing happends..it continues to workd very fine without any signal of shutting down..screen does no go black even as if i didnt press shutdown.For i now to shut it down i have to remov battery which will eventually damage it :(..it hibernates and sleep but no shutdown
Any help is appreciated
