win xp sp2 machine with an asus a7s333 mobo (award bios) and an amd xp 2100+. after box is on awhile, when user reboots pc, it refuses to reboot unless the ac supply is pulled. after a minute or two, with ac restored, it will boot into the bios with a warning that the cpu speed is wrong (it’s not). exiting bios leads to normal win reboot, then all is normal. power supply has been replaced with no joy. I’m outta ideas…
