First, you need to better identify the system for us.

Is pc100 the computer model number, or the MB model number?

Is the modem built into the motherboard, or a plug in card?
Or is it part of an AMR card?

If the modem is a seperate "standard" plug in card, then you need to find out who made the modem.
For assistence, go to www.modemhelp.org

If the modem is built into the MB, or an AMR type, then you need to identify who built the MB / system.
For help in identifying who made yourMB go to www.motherboards.org

Once you have identified who made your hardware, you can go to www.driverguide.com to find links to their web sites, or drivers that other users have posted.
