Does anybody know why I can not get to a host behind the MS proxy even though I opened the ports that Symantec suggests. A call to them was useless. They said they do not offer support on Routes, Firewalls, Proxys, etc. I seem to get to the host,but it shows the host as “Unknown.” Symantec states that this is caused by a corrupt “remote” object. I not only recreated the object, but did a full uninstall and reinstall of PCANywhere. Any Ideas?
