PCI Bus Error Please Help!!!

In device manager under system devices for pci bus I am getting error:Windows could not load the drivers for this device because the computer is reporting two PCI.VXD bus types.(Code 2)Motherboard is Asus SP97.V with SIS 5598 chipset.I flashed the bios 2 times with 2 different updates and still same error.(Followed manual step by step.)I currently dont use any PCI slots but I would like to. Everthing else works great.
