PCI multimedia device driver

I have win98 Recently i was the exclamation mark against the PCI multimedia device driver.
When ever i start my computer it says new hardware device found but it doesn’t get driver on my computer evern if i select windows online update.
Hoe to install it from where i will get the driver.
