PCL XL error

PCL XL Errorr from HP Laserjet 5
I am experienceing Two PCs that are printing error pages, one PC more then the other. The error reads as follows.

PCL XL Error
Subsystem: Kernal
Error: Illegal Tag
Operator: 0x1b
Position: 641

Any ideas, I have visited HP’s site and tried a few simple things. I was thinking driver. But all PC’s are using this driver and only some are getting the error??
