PDA Battery live.

It is True that the recharge Lithium battery of almost all PDA ,do
not have replacement of battery when they are dead or damage?I have hear
that the average of life them are 3 years ; and then your have to buy a new
entire PDA.My model is ToshibaE310.

Tosiba should be able to supply the batteries indefinitely.... http://www.toshiba.com/

Also Radio Shack has an excellent Battery Finder section... http://www.radioshack.com/

I've never heard what you report. I can tell you that I have an old Canon AE-1 camera (at least 20 years old) that uses a round 6 volt battery (about the size of a chopped AA battery), that I've had problems locating. But I found it on the radio shack site.
