PDF File Conversion

By grouchyone ·
Does anyone know of a program that will allow data to be entered into an already created PDF document? When I tried the PDF to DOC conversion, it treated the PDF as a picture with no possibility of entering data.

It depends if you are using Adobe acrobat or Acrobat Reader.

In BOTH you have SOME text editing functionality.

There should be a test select tool, if not make sure your toolbars are all showsn.
THis will allow you to select portions of text (or graphics with the Graphic Select tool) and remove or modify the sentence.

There are also quite PDF editors as noted in the last post that you can find with a simple search for PDF editors.

If this is something you will need to do often I would highly recommend getting Acrobat Full version that comes with the Acrobat Distiller. Distiller will capture websites and allow editing before you save as a pdf or take ANY other document and DISTILL it into an fully editable PDF. You also gain post it note comments and better collaboration abilities with the full Acrobat.
