PDF in great plains on Citrix

We have Citrix Presentation 4.5 installed on windows 2003 with Great Plains Version 8. We are using Adobe Standard 7.
When trying to print to PDF in citrix from Great plains nothing happens. We have try 8 professinal as well and got the same issue.

Has anyone had this or no any solutions?
