Peachtree One Write Printing Problems

By trmi4 ·
We have One Write Plus accounting package and a Epson LQ2080 that when we are printing forms the printer line advances after several forms, we have used the micro adjust on the printer but the line advance still occurs. How do I keep the printer from line feeding during a print job?

Peachtree One Write Printing Problems

Epson LQ's are weird!

I haven't run into this in about 10 years, but the problem came down to the printer and the program disagreeing on how many lines/page.

I seem to recall two parts to the solution: ensuring the program used form-feeds, andsetting the form "1 line short" on the printer. Maybe vice-versa; like not using FF, but having the program count LF's and telling the program the form was 1 line shorter than really.

I *think* the "creep" was actually due to stupidity in the program, where it would send an LF after a FF.
