Peachtree software on a VPN

I am using Peachtree on a VPN with 5 computers. All but one work great. They are all configured the same but one just can't map to the shared drive. Any suggestions?

If the hardware is identical

Look at the software installed on the machines working to that installed on the one not working.

If the Hardware is different look at the Specifications of the Hardware and see if there is anything that is glaringly obvious.

Also check to make sure all drivers are correctly installed and that the hardware is working properly. As the nonworking one can not map the Share can you attempt to plug it into a different LAN connection so isolated the LAN from the computer. If it now works look at the LAN and replace whatever is faulty.

If it still doesn't work you need to confirm that the hardware is working correctly. If everything is OK there and you can access the Network but not the Share you need to start removing Software or check the Patch Level of the different computers. Maybe a Patch has broken this machine that hasn't been applied tot he others.

Lets know if that is any use as that is the easy bit
