peer to peer wint xp and win98 S.e

I’m having some issues with my winxp pro and my win98 workstations , I can ping from all my pc’s and I get reponse from everyone , the things is that my win98 can’t see my xp and my winxp just see one of my two win98 workstation , they are in the same workgroup , they have unique computer names , same range of ips , same subnet , I did all the shares in all computers with full acces and permission to all , please if any one can helpme
