Permanant Corporate Signature on E-mail

by rabbit_runner . Updated 25 years, 5 months ago

I’m not sure what they call this – only know what I’ve seen from different companies that I receive email from.

When you send an email regularly there is of course an automatic or selective signature you can add to your document at your discretion IE: name, address, phone, contact info etc. that you input the content for as the user.

On company emails I have also seen (like when I send an email from JUNO, it automatically adds it to the bottom) a corporate message IE: Get email for free, sign up with Juno today…. blah blah blah.

We are interested in creating/writing maybe three short sentences that would be attached (permanently and not editable)

Any one know how this can be done from Exchange? I know how to do it from eachcomputer, but we want to do it for all e-mails sent from within the company?
