Persistent folder “List”

by mperata . Updated 14 years, 5 months ago

In Windows 7, you are supposed to able to have all child folders open in the condition as the parent folder, and in my case, as a “List” view. I have tried this with very little persistence.

For simplicity, I only want to see the “List” when opening a folder in Explorer. I seldom need to see “Details” and almost never need to see the icons or content.

Is there a registry key that I can set to ALWAYS see the folder “List” when using Explorer?
