I have recently redone a users NT profile. I deleted the old profile and created a new one. In doing so, I had to add her email profile back into Outlook. When she checked her Personal Add. bk. though none of her reipients were there. I thought the mailbox.pab file was stored locally on the Hard Disk. Did I inadvertently overwrite her address book when I recreated her profile??
I am going to try and restore her profile from a backup – do you think that will work? I know for sure I did not delete her mailbox.
