You don't say what CPU you're using, but the CPU and components determine the power supply. You will need to check with Intel, AMD or whoever. I believe that the newest generation of Intel chips require a 300 watt power supply. Check www.intel.comfor their current recommendations.

if you want to upgrade in the near future or later go with a 300 watt, especially if you are going to running a hd, cd rom and/ or burner/ floppy drive/ a high speed processor/ and any other power hogging components such as sound devices or what not
