    Locked

    HI,

Could you help me with the above. I have a user that would like to have the Personal folder in Outlook 2003 Expanded every time he starts up Outlook, rather than having to expand it every time. Is it possible?

      Yes.
Expand the folder and then click on File > Exit.

Outlook 2003 should startup exactly the way you left it the last time you used it. i.e. if the PST folders were expanded upon program close, they should still be expanded upon startup.

I doubt the user have more than one personal folders in his outlook, make the folder as default: Tools-E-mail Accounts-View or Change A/c s-Deliver new e-mail to the following location. in the pull down selection select the actual forlder you need to open at atartup.

On the contrary, I support over 100 real-estate agents and a vast majority have left-over Personal Folder files for which there are no sub-folders within Outlook. Ghost folders, per se. I have no idea why, but it’s quite annoying, because they have no idea what it means.
