I am trying to install a software program(Peachtree) on my laptop (Vista). I have tried all the tips concerning allowing through the firewall, disabling antivirus software, disabling IVp6, etc. It fails to install and gives messages that Database manager and PSql database can not start. Does anyone have any suggestions?
