phantom custom.dic file! Help

I’m running Win98 second edition and am running Outlook Express as my mail client. My problem is when sending mail, a ‘custom.dic’, file is placed on my desktop. The file does not contain any information (0 bytes). Does anoyne have a remedy for this. Any help is appreciated. Cheer’s.
