It seems that my Phoenix Award Workstation Bios has set a default overclock to the CPU, AGP speed and RAM, I have reset bios/cmos and tried every option possible, I can’t remove it.
The result of this unwanted overclock (I think) is a kind of wavy screen when playing games, kinda like the effects a chewed video tape would have when played (no white screen of fuzzyness, just distortion). Is this related to my problem? How do I fix it?
