Phone Bill Invoice Audit

I'm currently addressing a first time Telecommunications Bill Invoice Audit for our corporation by an outside agency and would like input on Contingency vs. Fixed Fee pricing. Yearly invoices amount to $1,000,000 and include long distance, local, cell phone, pagers, frame relay, etc.

I would suggest to you that the contingency would be the way to go. There is added incentive to the outside agency to find the errors if they want to get paid. The better the job they do, the more you save and the more they earn.
