We have Windows 2000 (SP2) and Office 2000 (SP2).
Photo Editor opens minized. If I right click on the Photo Editor on the task bar and select maximize, the program opens (maximized).
The problem is that it’s either maximized or minimized. I can’t adjust the size of the program window.
Any clues?
