Photoshop and Fireworks

By galahad04 ·
I currently have Adobe Photoshop 6.0, which I use in conjunction with ImageReady 3.0 as my main web graphics tool. However, I was wondering if it would also be advisable to purchase a copy of Macromedia Fireworks 4.0 as a supplementary web graphicstool, since it is the "other" industry standard? Or should I just stick with Photoshop and not worry about Fireworks?

Both are great products. I find Fireworks alot easier to use than Photoshop. There are soe differences in the two packages. But Fireworks can read Photoshop files. I do you both programs, but I use Fireworks more. It is always a good practice to have another software package hanging around.
