I have a hp 610c printer. I bought a C1816a Hp photo cartridge on the advice of the shop. After insertion into the black slot, the carriage would not shift to the end after I close the lid. If I restart the printer it goes to the end. But it would not print. When I try to align the cartridge the printer starts, brings out the paper and a window comes on the screen with

I am running win2k system. I have installed the Photo cartridge on the preferences list.
