When the blue screen appears (these screens are commonly called the "blue screen of death" because they indicate a system crash), you need to write down the first two lines of the message on that screen. It will begin at the very top with the word "STOP" followed by some numbers. This message will hopefully lead you in a direction as to what caused the error. Once you have the message, repost here and someone may be able to help you. You should also search on Microsoft's support website to see if there is some known problem that may help. Hope this helps!

In case of a crash screen you see the first 2 ,3 lines which gives some information about the file eg-floppy.sys and then a dump. See the file name and next time you log if delete the file with the same and copy a new file with same name from other nt machine. 2) stop that service if you can trace it out.3) in case of ntfs parttition connect the hdd to other machine and try copying other file from to the previous one..
It worked for me.
Check it out
