I devirussed a Dell laptop, after going online for AV upgrade all of the toolbars and icons were replaced with a pictire from the hard drive which formerly failed to appear after owner changed backround. I can no longer get anthing to work as toolbars and icons are missing. All I get is Task manager when pressing ctr-alt-delete. how do I regain control now. Frank Irvine
