Have PIII@450, win98, 196K memory on M6TBA mother board, has DVD. Looking for CDR/CDRW with plans for mostly audio purposes. Have USB ports available. Main question is how do I know (1) if my hard disk is sub 15MS access time, and (2) if I have a sustained transfer rate of at least 1.5MBS. Open to any suggestion on internal/external, SCUSI driven or ??????
