I’m running Microsoft Picture It! Publishing Gold Edition on a Windows 2000 PC. When my user goes to open it, it says, “If you are running Windows 2000 or NT4 on this machine, Admin permissions are required for it to run the properly.” It won’t even open.
I do not want to make this user a member of the admin group and giving him full control to this program doesn’t work. Any ideas? p.s. Microsoft could not help me.
