Hi!
My friend uses Windows Vista on her Laptop. She has two Accounts. One is the admin & the other is a guest account. When she tries to sign in as the Admin, the screen goes pink. Nothing is visible. But the guest account works just fine. What could be the problem? Please ask for any more information.
