Pinout for ” Batt Com” on APC SRT10k and external batteries.

Looking for the pinouts for the “Batt Com” port on the APC SRT10k to the SRT192RMBP2 battery pack. I scored the UPS and two extended battery racks, and am trying to get the external batteries online. Any knowledge would greatly be appreciated.

Seems there’s a missing cable?

I was looking at the documents at https://www.apc.com/shop/us/en/products/APC-Smart-UPS-SRT-192V-8-and-10kVA-RM-Battery-Pack/P-SRT192RMBP2 and it appears a cable is missing.

I see they have support there. Try this. Call their SALES line and ask for the missing cable part number and price.
