Hi,

To start off...
1.) try printing locally to determine if it's a network issue.
2.) If it does print then what patch do you ave on your systems?
3.) If it doesn't then you know it's local
4.) If its local then I would find out if this is win 95 a or b or if any patches have been applied. If none then I would go to windowsupdate.com to add the patches.
5.) what version of IE is it 4.0 with sp1 or 2 or is it 5.5
6.) What kind of laserjet? HP 4 or 2100 or 4050??
7.) Is everything upto date...(see above)
8.) Can other users print? Have you tried to log in yourself on the box or have the user log into another box and print?
In order to help you better just fill in the blanks above and I'll get a better picture of what you're facing.

You are attempting to print via the internet?? This is a different bag of worms. The IPs have to correspond and routers have to pass the job...etc. I had a situation once where a Unix box was doing the routing and dropped print jobs because (duh) wehad failed to install any NT services to allow it pass the jobs from the internet. This is probably not your problem, but it sounds like something along these lines.
