Hi All–
I have a brand new PIX 515e that I configured for VPN access, installed IAS on my Windows 2003 Domain Controller, and setup authentication for my users to check Active Directory. All that works great.
My problem is that once you are connected to the network, the only machine you can see is the server. You can’t browse the network and hostname resolution doesn’t work. I have DNS installed. The PIX box is giving out DHCP addresses on the network and the VPN clients. Could my problem have something to do with that? Does the Windows box have to give out the IP address for the network in order for DNS to be updated?
Also, is there a way to control which computers we give access to from the outside? like a cert file or something?
