Planned baseline curve of earned value analysis to frequent project changes

Frequent changes to project schedule to accomodate progress or lag from activity completions affect your planned s-curve to your earned value analysis. Does this mean everytime the project team agrees to changes in schedule (which will affect resources), the planned s-curve also changes?

Does this mean that earned value calculations done in previous activities will also be recomputed?
