I’m in the middle of planning my migration.
I have about 20 pages of documentation,flow charts and checklists.
Due to the extreme scope of this project I am trying to cover my butt from every possible angle.
If anyone has completed or is in the process of a migration, what I am looking for is copies of whatever documentation you have compiled. This would include project scopes, planning checklists, project objectives…..etc.etc.
